The People Behind It

Fitim Blaku The founder and developer of MyBloop.com. Based in New York, Fitim started developing the first version of MyBloop that only supported pictures in 2006. MyBloop started quickly expanding and he recruited friends to help develop and grow the service, which now supports music playlists, videos and every single type of file. Fitim manages the company, the team, overall architecture and determines the overall direction of MyBloop. |

Ethan Lu First met Fitim at his new job in New York City. Fitim showed him a site that he was solely working on during his spare time called MyBloop.com. Impressed with the idea of the site and what it can offer to the public, he first joined the team by working with Fitim and Eugene on re-vamping the core code and database architecture. His main project was developing a new file-browsing interface for the site: Bloop Explorer. Currently working on improving and extending the Bloop Explorer's usability. |

Angel Leon Angel met Fitim and Ethan in New York City. After a first lunch somewhere on Broadway they all mentioned their file sharing ideas and project. Angel tried MyBloop.com and he immediately realized the potential of this idea. Angel leads the client development of the Blooploader, talks about MyBloop.com even to the trees and thinks day and night on how to solve the basic need of enabling the world with free unlimited file storage online. |

Francis Ho After years of working on mind numbing web applications and treading the intricate mine fields of office politics, Francis feels joining MyBloop's development team was a great substitution for overdosing on Prozac. He admits that he really enjoys working with a bunch of talented developers on a product that is warmly embraced by the Internet community. Currently developing new features for the website, the MyBloop API and an upcoming secret project on MyBloop with Angel and Fitim. |

Yacine Benzine Born in Algeria, also a French citizen; lived in Ethiopia before finally settling in NYC at the well-traveled age of 11. Currently focusing on the business, marketing and finance side of MyBloop, although participating in the development of the site is not out of the question. He decided to join the team because "I've heard many good ideas over the years (I've come up with many myself that never came to fruition) but this is the first time that I sincerely believe the project I'm involved with will be seen all the way through." |
